The Daily Diary of a Winning Loser
This blog started on September 15th, 2008. Within the archives is a daily account of a 275 pound weight loss from 505 to 230. I encourage reading from Day 1 for a full perspective. After hitting goal in November 2010, I maintained for 1.5 years and then spent the next 1.5 years gaining back 164 pounds. The most current postings chronicle my stand to stop the regain and return to a healthy weight. Always consult a doctor before starting any weight loss and exercise routine.
